GERMANFEST DESSERT

Donauwelle Kuchen, a dessert featuring layers of vanilla and chocolate cake, cherries, German buttercream and ganache, will be a new dessert for Germanfest at Trinity Lutheran Church and School. When the cake is cut in squares it is meant to look like the wave of the Danube river from the side.
