HOP HARVEST

Freshly-harvested hops travel on a conveyer built to be processed at MI Local Hops in Williamsburg. The farm, which grew 13 varieties of the beer ingredient this year on 180 acres, began harvesting on August 16, and plans to finish around the end of next week.
