DIVISION CONSTRUCTION

A crew from Team Elmer's works on Division Street at Twelfth Street as part of a project to add left-turn lanes to three intersections of Division Street between Griffin and Tenth streets. The project also includes median islands , sidewalk construction, some road resurfacing and some tree plantings next spring, though the project is expected to be completed around Oct. 31.
