TART TRAFFIC COUNTERS

An optical sensor records pedestrians and cyclist numbers and their directions, while a metal detecting sensor in the pavement records metallic items such as bicycles or strollers. The Hull Park sensors are one of seven locations on the trail system, including three on the Leelanau Trail, one at Medalie Park, one on the trail section along Parsons Road, and one at Bunker Hill Road.
