WEST END LOFTS

Crews work on top of the four-story West End Lofts project under construction on West Front Street, just west of Pine Street, in downtown Traverse City. Development plans call for 91 housing units, including 14 units that will be leased to tenants earning at or below the 80% area media income threshold, plus over 5,000 square feet of retail space and an onsite parking garage.
