Bay Town Kitchen owner and chef Keil Moshier (cq), prepares wild ramps in his kitchen on Wednesday afternoon. Moshier knows his suppliers will provide asparagus in time for his restaurant's offerings at this weekend's Empire Asparagus Festival, but also that it won't be from Michigan.
