TADL REOPENS

People browse the stacks at the Traverse Area District Library Main Branch in Traverse City, which reopened for inside services on Monday after being shut down by COVID-19 since mid-November. All TADL branches, except for the East Bay Branch, have reopened with more space between seats, new information stations, an increased cleaning schedule and a bipolar ionization unit helping clean the air. During the shutdown, the main branch on Woodmere Avenue filled nearly 16,000 requests through its curbside service, which will continue on a limited basis.
