Suttons Bay artist Rufus Snoddy has created a piece of artwork for Traverse City restaurant Red Ginger that will be unveiled Friday, March 18, at a benefit fundraiser for VSA Arts of Michigan - Grand Traverse Area, which helps children and adults with disabilities experience and grow through the arts. The work uses a number of media, including plywood, acrylic paint, canvas, and even the dragon from a can of hot chili paste the restaurant uses.
