Tom Sisco made up a twenty-second story about "Lonnie the Leprechaun," while dropping off some cookies to his children's school for a class St. Patrick's Day party 33 years ago. Since them, Sisco has taken over the cookie production, the story has grown to twenty minutes, and over 700 kindergarten through fifth grade students in Traverse City and Leelanau County have heard his story. He plans on making or 7 dozen this year.
