Jeff Whittaker rides his bicycle along the TART Trail near Bay Street on a sunny Monday afternoon. Whittaker recently finished cancer treatments. "This is my way of celebrating a Monday without a bladder cancer treatment," he said, adding that he has now beaten three types of a cancer. "I'm a lucky son of a gun."
