Volunteer Chelsey Brown (cq) carries two children's bikes for Saturday's 3rd annual Recycle-A-Bicycle Bike Swap Friday in the Old Town Parking Deck. Sellers who get 75 percent of the sale price, while 25% goes to the R-A-B program, which is run by TART Trails Inc. The non-profit program provides the economically disadvantaged of the Grand Traverse region refurbished bicycles for transportation.
