Jaime Rodriguez checks the square of one of the purlins that will hold the solar panels that make up a 3,500-panel, 1 megawatt solar farm under construction by Heritage Sustainable Energy along U.S. 31 between Interlochen and Grawn. Electricity produced from the farm will be sold to Cherryland Electric Cooperative through its supplier, Wolverine Power Cooperative.
