The State Theatre mortgage was burned Tuesday on the sidewalk outside the theater by, from left, Marsha Smith and Al Bonney of Rotary Charities and the Traverse City Film Festival's Michael Moore, who also unveiled a plaque honoring Rotary Charities' involvment with the project.
