Billy Bouman gets a hug from his sister, Cheryl Bouman, during Saturday's Wheelchair Ballroom Dance Class at Life Beyond Barriers Rehabilitation Group in Traverse City. The event was free through a grand from the Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan. The class was lead by Tamerlan Gadirov and Cheryl Angelelli of the Dance Mobility program at Fred Astaire Dance Studio of Bloomfield Hills.
