The stretch of Three Mile Road between Hammond and South Airport roads is barren for bicyclists. Norte Youth Cycling representatives on Monday will ask East Bay Township parks commissioners to adopt a resolution in support of the group's effort to acquire grants to pay for designing and constructing an extension of the Three Mile Trail to four schools.
