The Fishtown Preservation Society provided the cardboard boxes and paint for participants to build a fishing tug costume inspired by the Joy and Janice Sue, fishing boats docked in the historic fishing village, to wear in the town's Fourth of July parade and the Fishtown 5k on July 21.
