Bob Holmes, the "One Man Volleyball Team," smiles after scoring a point while facing a group of Grand Traverse Academy students during an assembly on Wednesday. Holmes faced members of the girls volleyball team, a team of over a dozen boys and a team of school faculty in three games. Holmes won all three games before sharing his messages of never giving up, encouraging others and looking ahead as well as avoiding the dangers of drugs and alcohol.
