Blustery weather greeted racers at the start of Saturday's Bigfoot Snowshoe Race at Timber Ridge Resort. Some 413 participants finished the 5K and 10K races, the Midwest qualifier for the national championships. Asa Kelly won the men's 5K (28:28), Julie Comfort the women's 5K (31:48.7), Kevin Tarras the men's 10K (50:22.5) and Erin O'Mara the women's 10K (1:00:14.2).
