Old Town Playhouse board member Deb Jackson is now OTP Interim Executive Director, and former Executive Director Phil Murphy is now Interim Executive Project Manager, as the Traverse City theater has begun "succession planning" in order to prepare for the eventual retirement of some of its older staff and for the theater's continued growth.
