People work their way to the different tables offering sample of chili during Saturday's Downtown Chili Cook-Off at the Park Place Hotel in Traverse City. The event is an annual fundraiser for the Downtown Traverse City Association, and features local restaurants offering choices such as 1-Alarm, 2-Alarm, 3-Alarm, White, Vegetarian, Ethnic, No Bean, or Seafood varieties, with attendees voting for their favorites in each category and overall favorite.
