Rebecca Lessard Wings of Wonder, a raptor rehabilitation center, talks about the bald eagle she is about to release at South Bar Lake in Empire in front of a crowd of over 200 people on Sunday. The eagle, nicknamed Barry, was hit by a car in Baraga, brought to the center and rehabilitated for over three months. Lessard said she has worked with nearly 20 bald eagles this year, where normally she sees five or six.
