Responders from Phil's Towing pull another tow truck and the pickup truck it was helping from a ditch along U.S. 31 in Acme Township on Tuesday afternoon. Snowfall and winds created slick driving conditions around the Grand Traverse region, including U.S. 31, a section of which was closed near Yuba Road in Acme Township while responders cleared several accidents.
