Samson of Braveheart gets a break from having his matted fur cut as groomer Jennifer Elliot reassures him it's almost over during Samson's first visit to Diana's Personal Touch, a pet boarding and grooming business at 2716 Hammond Road on Tuesday. Elliot said when she first began grooming about 7 years ago, she said she took the animal's scared reactions personally until she brought her own dog in and it reacted the same way. "I thought they all hated me. Nobody likes it, but they're so happy when we're done," Elliot said.
