The oath of office, signed by 86th District Court Judge Bob Cooney, who was sworn in by Leelanau County Clerk Michelle Crocker on Tuesday afternoon in Leelanau County Court. Cooney, who was elected in November, was sworn in during a ceremony that also included the unveiling of portraits of four previous district court judges.
