Leslie Cuppett of Traverse City learns to whip the end of a piece of line during a knot tying cafe led by Bob Walton on Thursday at the Inland Seas Education Association in Suttons Bay. The monthly cafes are held monthly during the non-sailing season as a way to connect and continue to learn about the Great Lakes.
