Brian Rogers (cq), here with wife Crystal and their pomeranian Cookie, found their cat Remus (cq) cut in half in a neighbors backyard the afternoon after he went missing in late July. The two recently got a new cat, Remus 2.0 (cq), but are concerned about letting their pets outside to play in their Blair Township neighborhood.
