EIGHTH STREET PLANS

Traverse City Planners are considering rezoning the north side of East Eighth Street between Boardman and Railroad avenues to match these blocks to D-2 Development District zoning across the street. They're also weighing zoning rules changes to soften the transition between the commercial district and residential neighborhoods nearby.
