Jaxyn Covert, 2, watches trains travel around the tracks at the Festival of Trains, which opened Saturday at the Crooked Tree Art Center in Traverse City. The show, operated by the Northern Michigan Railroad Club, runs through Sunday, Dec 30, on Monday thru Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sundays noon to 4 p.m.
