HMC, LLC crews demolish the last of three buildings that once stood on the 200 block of Garland Street in Traverse City Tuesday. Property owner Patti Mercer of the Mercer Group said itís part of preparing the site for a development the company is planning with a partner. She couldnít say much because of a confidentiality agreement, but said construction for the new building should begin in late spring 2019.
