BIKES FOR TIKES

Glen Lile puts together a bicycle along with dozens of other volunteers during the Bikes for Tikes Northern Michigan annual Assemble Day on Saturday at the VFW Post 2780 in Traverse City. The group has been collecting money to purchase new bicycles to be donated to Toys for Tots for 19 years, and hosting assembly parties for the past 8 years. This year the group collected over 240 bicycles.
