Alicia Wagner, 19, left, and Ana Villa, 19, both of Lapeer, work to get their kites launched during Sunday's Let's Go Fly a Kite at the Frankfort Beach on Lake Michigan. The event, in its second year, was sponsored by the Frankfort-Elberta Chamber of Commerce and Bob and Ginny Istnick, who provided 100 free kits to participants.
