HABITAT RESTORE
Kirstin Stiebel-Schooner of Traverse City texts a friend while looking at sinks and cabinets at The Grand Traverse Region Habitat for Humanity ReStore, which opened its new location on Rice Street, just off of Cass Street south of South Airport Road. The new location, which is owned by the non-profit, offers more space and parking, as well as room to build office and storage space. "We've waited a long time for this day," said Executive Director Wendy Irvin. "We're pinching ourselves because it's finally here."
