ELK RAPIDS SEWER EXTENSION

Arlene Staich attended the Elk Rapids Village Council Monday night to complain about a public sewer extension proposal about which there wasn't time to have questions answered by the village manager, who is on vacation. Village trustees ordered that the deadline for the votes will be postponed because of the scheduling conundrum.
