Jim Green smoothes concrete on the ceiling of a room he and Tim Cook of Northern Restoration and Waterproofing are patching in the walled garden of the Botanic Garden at Historic Barns Park in Traverse City. The garden utilizes the foundation of the former horse barn for the Traverse City State Hospital.
