The members of the Michigan Area Paranormal Activity Investigation Team, or M.A.P.I.T., were searching for evidence of apparitions. The team recorded evidence last October of voices and an strange shadow in a picture, and returned this year along with guests who made a donation to the Opera House's restoration fund. The teams use equipment such as night-vision cameras, infrared thermometers, electromagnetic frequency detectors and voice recorders in their attempts to document paranormal activity.
