Spectators and racers look on as Spencer Todd, 11, of Grand Rapids, skis against the clock on a course at Brick Wheels during the second annual Nordic Fest. The event featured a cross-country and telemark ski swap at the Traverse City business on Eighth Street. There also was a Vasa Ski Club membership drive and party.
