Girls on the Run of Northwest Michigan held a final 5K run Friday evening on the Bayshore Marathon course starting at the Traverse City Central High School track. Nearly 800 girls in grades third through eighth from 30 different schools within the five-county region complete their six-week program of Girls on the Run by finishing a 5K run.
