Phil Johnson leads the the Traverse City West Middle School Madrigals vocal group through a rehearsal Thursday. The group is one of 10 finalists in a national mash-up contest -- where groups mix two songs together in their performance. The performance, a mash-up of the Jackson 5's "I Want You Back," and The Fray's "Over My Head (Cable Car)," can be voted for online, with the winning school to receive $10,000.
