Ground Zero was scheduled to reopen Thursday under former owner Doug Street, and will host its first concert February 19 with Puddle of Mudd and Cavo. Street said the rest of The Terminal complex will reopen as renovations are completed, eventually with 3 or 4 separate entities. Ground Zero will be open for its usual Thursday through Saturday club nights.
