Ryan Dobry-Hunt started the Ryan Dobry Diabetes Charity to help diabetics without insurance or who are under-insured get education and supplies. Dobry-Hunt, who was diagnosed with diabetes 22 years ago, checks her blood sugar regularly and has an insulin pump to help keep her levels in a safe range.
