Wayne Beckler fills in the backside of a foundation wall in the future 101 North Park development at the corner of East Front Street and Park Streets in downtown Traverse City. The development will be a 5-story, 70,000 square foot building with retail, office and three floors of residential units when completed in May 2010. The structure will begin to rise next week, according to developer Thom Darga.
