Linda Belanger listens as Ryan Parker goes over her tax return at Professional Tax Service in Traverse City on Tuesday afternoon. Federal and state taxes must be post-marked by midnight tonight to avoid any penalties. "I tend to wait," said Belanger, adding that she filed her taxes on April 10 last year. "It's one of those things you keep putting off and putting off." Parker estimated he has been doing one tax return an hour from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day since February.
