M-22 DISPUTE

The Michigan Department of Transportation has told Sandy Blumenfeld that he must remove the approximately 44 ton stone wall he built outside his home on M-22 because it is encroaching on the right of way. The right of way extends 60 feet from the center of the road, which is approximately where the bird bath sits.
