"It was fine 25 years ago, but now it's not," said Sandy Blumenfeld, whose pictures show the construction of a 44 ton stone wall outside his home on M-22 that he must now remove because MDOT says it is encroaching on the right of way, which extends 60 feet from the center of the road. Blumenfeld checked with his township before building the wall, and was given a different measurement.
