NMC TUGBOAT
The Mississippi docked at Northwestern Michigan College's GreaterLakes Maritime Academy in Traverse City on Wednesday. The tugboat will provide more options for cadets to complete their 360-day sea time requirement, as well as give them an endorsement that will let them serve as officers on a tow vessel.
