HONOR FLIGHT RETURNS

Veteran Marian Martin, seated, and her daughter Nancy Martin wave to the crowd gathered to welcome veterans back to Traverse City Cherry Capital Airport on Thursday evening after a day in Washington, D.C. Nearly 300 people gathered at the airport to welcome 61 veterans back, along with the guardians that traveled with each veteran and other support staff. Martin was a served in the U.S. Cadet Nurses Corps.
