Tom Kler of Team Elmer's attaches the cables that will hoist a new 56,000 pound dredge into the Leland Harbor on Saturday. A fundraising effort collected more than $200,000 to help with the purchase of the $500,000 boat, which is needed to clear accumulated sand from the harbor mouth.
