COVID DAYCARE

Avery Machuta, 2, plays with bubbles blown by Emily Hoxie while playing outside at Central Day Care Center in Traverse City, which opened up this week to care for children of essential workers. The center currently has seven children, compared to about 70 before COVID-19 quarantine restrictions went into effect.
