After 14 years the Dunkin' Donuts store at at 876 Munson Ave. closed Oct. 31. The business closed following a federal lawsuit against B & H Foods Inc. filed by Delaware-based Dunkin' Donuts alleging the local franchise owners breached their contract by failing to pay advertising and franchise fees and other costs.
