HABITAT FOR HUMANITY HOME
Holden Gatzke (cq), 10 reacts as he's presented with a quilt from Fellowship Quilters, who also gave one to his mother, Kim Gatzke (cq), left and brother Andrew Gatzke (cq), 16, during Tuesday's Habitat for Humanity home dedication in Williamsburg. The family had been living in a Traverse City apartment. It took a call from an aunt, along with an offer to watch her children, for Kim to attend an application fair for the program about a year-and-a-half ago. She will close tomorrow on the home and begin moving in to the three-bedroom, two-bath home. In addition to the keys, the family also received gifts including a Bible, quilts, and a Christmas tree ornament.
